2025年7月14日天水是中国无数中西部城市的缩影，在常年的轻度污染中，居民处于长期低剂量毒性的亚健康中。但因为症状不明显，或者症状的指向性弱，加上国家制定的安全标准本来就低，政府黑不提白不提，大家一笔糊涂账。直到某天，新的伤害叠加在过往的低度损害上，酿成公共事件，才引爆关注。所以就算事情本身并不复杂，官方通报也只能含糊其辞，几块发糕说不清楚是小事，长期污染沉积的盖子被掀了才是大事……
