音乐综艺《声生不息·大湾区季》第6期中，李宇春和周笔畅同台演唱了刘德华的代表作《17岁》。当熟悉的旋律响起，也瞬间唤起了各位观众的青春回忆。这首《17岁》由刘德华与徐继宗共同作词，徐继宗作曲，原收录在刘德华2003年发行的专辑《如果有一天》中。歌曲将刘德华“入圈”以来的种种心情娓娓道来，非常动人。歌中提到的“四哥”和“发哥”分别指谢贤和周润发，另一句“廿九岁颁奖的晚宴”是指刘德华在无线电视举办的1990年度“十大劲歌金曲”颁奖典礼中获得“最受欢迎男歌星”。而在之后的1991年度和1992年度“十大劲歌金曲”颁奖典礼中，刘德华也继续获得此奖项。
