總是要麻煩別人與總是不要麻煩別人，這兩者皆屬極端的行為模式。一個比較妥善的做法是：毫不費力就可以解決的事，自己處理就好；但畢竟一個人的能力有限，在必要的情況之下，我麻煩別人，也讓別人麻煩我，這才是麻煩別人的正確心態。人與人相處重要的是：彼此內心都有將對方放在心裏，並且懂得對方的問題與需要，同時明白分寸與界限，讓彼此能同心協力與同甘共苦的解決問題和開展人生。
