LIBERALISM
from TRUEOLOGY Hosted by Belushi Previlon
In this episode of TRUEOLOGY, we trace the tangled roots of modern liberalism—from the radical social engineering of Margaret Sanger and the ideological poison of 20th-century communism, to the moral and cultural decay shaping today’s West. We explore how these movements, under the banner of “progress,” dismantled moral order, eroded the family, and replaced truth with personal autonomy. Yet, amidst the cultural collapse, there remains a foundation that has not been destroyed—the Western heritage built on biblical truth. This episode reminds us that our civilization’s strength was never in political power or cultural dominance, but in the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ. Join us as we uncover how the West got here, why liberalism continues to shape the modern mind, and how the church can respond—not with despair, but with confidence, conviction, and hope in the kingdom that cannot be shaken.
