Library security guard speaks about arrest

As police searched the area surrounding the University of Utah following last night's deadly shooting there, a watchful librarian at the Salt Lake City library spotted a man matching the description of the suspect. Security was called to a restroom where the man was reported to be, and it was there that Austin Boutain surrendered.
