Libya Update

Libya is caught between a military strongman Khalifa Haftar who sells himself as the only one who can drive out terrorists, and a United Nations backed government under Prime Minister Fayez al-Serraj, whose attempts to hold a national vote have, so far, only entrenched divisions.
