License plate readers help recover five cars stolen from Oakland garage

Five cars were stolen out of a downtown Oakland parking garage sometime before yesterday morning. Things are going be cool to start the week across the Bay Area, but a mid-week pattern change is set to heat things up. The pace of California's vote count is raising lots of questions. Primary election ballots are still arriving at county clerk offices across the state, with several key races still undecided.
