Lichen Sclerosus can be a very tough problem to manage. When all else fails (steroids, PRP, Exosomes, creams, lasers, RF) sometimes you have have to do surgery. One such case is when the clitoris gets buried and cannot be found. This can lead to reduced sensitivity and sexual dysfunction.
