Scott Balogh runs at flank speed, and the stoke is contagious. Parked in Bocas del Toro, Panama, he has created a balinese jungle experience, along with a healthy dose of surf to satisfy all levels of skill. Red Frog Bungalows has been for a while now the first choice for wave consumption in the western Caribbean. Here's Scott's story along with some wonderful encounters along the way.
