LIDO OBLIO 019 - Livio Improta invites Joe Drive

🔎 𝗟𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗢𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗼 is a dystopian place, with hazy and gently hushed contours, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. It is a radiophonic journey on the frequencies of Rocket Radio, where artists and composers visiting this dreamlike shore translate their own concept of oblivion into music. Each episode immerses you in a different and unconstrained soundscape. Hosted by @livioimprota 𝗝𝗼𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 / 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 - Inspired since the early 90's by Detroit house and techno, @joe-drive experiments with drum machines and analog synths while exploring black music as the origin of "high tech soul". With releases on international labels such as Mathematics, Aesthetic Audio, Lux Rec and Bass Agenda, since 2015 he has been working on the Filippo Diana project, more cinematic and experimental, between ambient, dark Italo and synthwave.
