Liesel Teen, also known as @mommy.labornurse, is today's guest. She's a labor & delivery nurse turned blogger. I started following her a couple months ago for her super fun facts about birth & pregnancy. I LOVED her stuff on Instagram & later learned she had this course called Birth It Up which preps you for a natural delivery in a hospital. This was my intention going into birth, so I got the course (which is INSANELY affordable, BTW), LOVED it, & knew I had to have her on the podcast. I bought the course with my own money and she had no idea who I was.
