Lieutenant General Dick Newton (ret.) had a highly decorated 34-year military career. It was capped off serving as the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force and Director of the Air Staff, Headquarters, U.S. Air Force. The Lt. Gen. joined CG to discuss U.S. air power over the Iranian skies, the wisdom (or lack there of) of Iran attacking their Mideast neighbors where U.S. military are stationed, the viability of effecting change of regime in Iran and how air attack "game plans" are formulated.
