A lot of people have been basically stuck in their homes for the better part of a year, and it's going to be a bit of a culture shock when this is over and people are vaccinated and it's time to get back to life as we knew it. So how do you prepare yourself to do that? Extroverts might be raring to go, but what about for people on the other side of social anxiety -- what kind of effect did a year of isolation have on them? And what's the long term collateral damage going to be once we can take a step back and check in on our collective mental health?
