He's a motivational speaker at some of the most prestigious venues and institutions nationwide. In addition to motivational speaking, he is also a mentor and writer. He’s written articles for the Long Island Press, Queens Courier, CANA Foundation, The Knocturnal, and 1 World Fest Global. He’s worked with Congressman Steve Israel, NBA player Tobias Harris, and NBA agent Torrel Harris. He majored in creative writing at New England College and was also the basketball team captain. Malachi was also featured on the Ellen DeGeneres show as a guest due to his writing ability.
