Life in Tech Support - continued!

This week, we're joined by two community members who made the leap into OOTP Tech Support - one brand new, and one moving into a new and different role. We welcome Christian Gardes and Nicolino Di Benedetto to the show to talk about what it's like in the world of OOTP Tech Support as someone brand new as well as reflecting on a year at the desk.
