Life in the NICU (and after…)

According to the CDC, about 1 in 10 babies are born preterm. How can you tell if you or your baby are at risk? Is there anything you can do to prevent preterm birth or to prepare for the unexpected? How can you cope, or help loved ones to cope, with having a baby in the NICU?
