Life Journey with Caren!

In this episode, I talk to my friend Caren about her life journey and how she dealing with her cancer diagnosis. This interview was inspired by a conversation we had when I found out that she had cancer and how important it is to speak your truth and be free and authentic.  For far too long we have suppressed our emotions and hide behind a mask. This conversation will inspired you to be present, appreciate and accept your life journey while learning the lessons that allows you to grow and evolve as a human being.
