“Send Coach John a message”Found a quick, but powerful life lesson from Mind Essentials (@Mind_Essentials) - “You can’t go back and change the beginning, But you can start where you are and change the ending.” I know for me I do tend to beat myself up a bit about my past mistakes but I’m realizing more and more as I age that I can only deal with where I’m at right now in my life. I’m much better off to realize that I need to take the lessons from my past and apply that knowledge to where I’m at now so that my future can be better.
