Being a food critic can be a dream job for many.Imagine getting paid to eat some of the best food in the world using a secret identity; it’s like being a culinary James Bond with a license to bill it to work.But there’s more to reviewing than ordering everything on the menu and opining on it later.To dive deep into what it really takes to be a Food critic, it was an honour and privilege for me to chat with Mr. Richard Vines.He has spent time with venerated publications like the Asian Wall Street Journal and The Times, but is most well-known for his last stint which has lasted an incredible 25 years - he’s the Chief Food Critic at Bloomberg.
