Life of the Church: Salt of the Earth

Because of what Jesus has done, our lives are no longer possessed by death, but we are on a journey towards union with God that Jesus has made possible for us. On Sunday, Bria shared from Matthew 5:13 what it means when Jesus says, “You are the salt of the earth.” To be salt is to receive the life and love of God, to be unified with Him again, and to journey with Him in the partnership you were created for. To be salt is to live in covenant communion with Christ.
