Positivity is the name and me failing to rhyme is the game. Spoken through the lens of a positive-thinker, I hop on this episode to explain how seeing things in a positive light can completely turn your life around. So much of how you think on a day-to-day basis can impact your well-being in the long run. Taking advantage of a positive mindset has had obvious improvements on my well-being, and I'm happy to share that with you guys in this one.
