This week we welcome back Tor to the show and this time husband Joe also joins us. We interviewed Tor on 28 June 2023 and she explained how she would be taking on HYROX with incurable Stage 4 Cancer. Tor completed her HYROX at London ExCel at the end of November so she has rejoined us to provide an update. How has her fundraising and training gone? How did she find HYROX? What happens next?
