Helen trained as a nurse in the Army, but discovered a passion for alternative/complementary medicine which was a lifelong hobby that has now turned into her life’s passion and her work. In between she was an entrepreneur setting up 3 successful businesses over a 25 year period offering physical and psychological rehabilitation for those injured in accidents. She lives alone, off grid in her woodland in East Sussex.
