Being attacked at a traffic light Joseph had to defend himself. All that  was going through his mind was that he was on lifetime parole and any  incident would be seen as him being the aggressor which is exactly what  happened here.   After a year of being back in jail waiting to prove he was the victim,  how does lifetime parole fix any issues within our community?
