Life Stories... With John Miles

From starting out studying physiotherapy at Southampton University, John has gone on to work as Head of Medical some of the biggest rugby institutions such as Cardiff Blues, Scarlets, and London Broncos. It has lead him to his current role as National Squad Physiotherapist and Community Game Medical Manager at Welsh Rugby Union. We discussed what traits he looks for when recruiting to the medical staff as well as managing up and down.
