Life Talk - It’s Okay Not To Be Okay: What It Means and Why It’s Normal - How to Deal with Change

from The Human Experience · host Erin Marie Vicente

Even if you have never experienced a loss or grief, I am sure we can all agree that stress and changes can be hard to deal with sometimes. The last few years have been a constant state of change and it can be hard to deal with all of the changes. A person’s early 20s are a hard time because there is angst, discovery, unpredictability and a sense of self-realization. It's the time we truly leave childhood behind and enter a whole new world of responsibility. It's also a time that demands quick decisions about careers, relationships, finances and a lot more. In this episode we talk about a few ways I have learned to deal with these constant changes and grief and things you can do to help with this as well.
