So much has happened in the last 6 weeks and I needed some time to heal and find the words. After a lot of time alone and with family, I have regulated my nervous system enough to share the story of one of the hardest things I have ever experienced, a redirection so big it completely shook me.I always want to be so open and honest about my journey and all that I learn form it.
