There will never be a perfect time, where you feel perfectly fine to do something, you have to do the thing, to the best of your ability no matter how you feel. Stop focusing on the negatives, do you realise how lucky you have got it compared to other people, but also don't invalidate your feelings how you feel in the morning, or on a Monday doesn't have to dictate how you are going to feel the rest of the week.
