Light at Evening Time

In this sermon on Zechariah 14:7, Charles Spurgeon teaches that God brings hope and help during the darkest times in life, just like light appearing unexpectedly at evening when darkness is expected. He gives examples showing this pattern throughout history: when the church seems to be dying out, God sends revival; when Christians face financial ruin or deep troubles, God provides rescue at the last moment; and when people seeking salvation feel most hopeless about their sins, that's when God reveals Christ to them.
