Light in the Dark

If you've been on a your spiritual journey or even unaware that your are you may have experienced a "Dark Night of the soul" where it feels like the whole world is crumbling around you. But in the back of your mind you sense and feel everything is going to be ok. It's like a "Leveling up" so to speak. I recently have been going through it. Feeling like a crazy lady standing in the middle of a burning bridge and it's on fire on both ends and I'm wondering what the heck is actually keeping me up. Blind faith in the Universe I suppose. Even if you aren't experiencing any of this and are feeling the winter blues, or just not yourself, this meditation and Reiki healing is for you. You are incredible, loved and supported. Please keep shining your light. If you're ready to start your spiritual transformation I am here to support you. I am offering a new coaching opportunity called Shadow Boxing.
