Welcome to Direct Sales Done Better
Release Date: 10/07/2021
Description: Hi everyone! This is Abby and welcome to the first episode of Direct Sales Done Better! Your Pillars If you’re going to tell someone outside your company what you do without mentioning your product or your company name, what would you say? If you find it hard to answer this, it’s time to write down your pillars. Pillars are a few things (usually 4 to 7) that mainly describe who you are and what you love. These are things that should bring out what is authentically YOU. Why is this important? Well, pillars are your connection pieces. Pieces where people can connect with you, and can easily recognize that you are a person that they can connect with based on these pillars. So, it’s important that these pillars are things you are truly passionate about. Apply the lipstick Now that we’ve learned one of the fundamentals of network marketing, it’s time to take some action. Let’s apply the lipstick! Grab your notepad (or device) then answer the following: What are your pillars? What’s your lipstick? (what makes you authentically you? What do you love?) What can you post in your socials/private group that shows your audience one of your pillars? Connect with me: Facebook Instagram Join the free Facebook group I have a special freebie for you that will help you set the intention for the day and step into that business owner role. The Importance of Intentionality in Business
Release Date: 11/01/2021
Description: Last month we focused on how network marketers can start their business, put on the business owner hat, and show up authentically. And for this month, we’re moving towards intentionality. Why is it important? Intentionality is the exact opposite of hustle culture (check out the previous episode to know why hustle culture is a bad word!) Being intentional requires you to ask, “is everything I do tied to a reason or purpose?” And this doesn’t mean that you have to be doing something every minute. Even my spending 20 minutes outside doing nothing is intentional. I am intentionally grounding, resting, and refocusing. And this can be different for you. But the biggest piece of this is that there’s no wasted time, energy or space. Hop on to this episode to hear more practical tips on applying intentionality within our daily lives and in business! Get this month's freebie here: https://direct-sales-done-better.mykajabi.com/pl/2147543608 And make sure you are in the Direct Sales Done Better group on Facebook - every Tuesday this month we are having a conversation around intention and the podcast episodes will tie into each of these!
