Light Things Get Heavy ~ wk.1 | Poop Management

from SunDay FunDay

Pastor Cody - wk1 Life and ministry can be messy... just like a stable full of oxen. Proverbs 14:4 (NLT) says, "Without oxen a stable stays clean, but you need a strong ox for a large harvest." If we avoid the mess of life—those tough conversations, challenging projects, or stepping out in faith—our 'stable' might stay clean, but we’ll surely miss out on the strength of the oxen and the growth and productivity that comes with working toward a harvest for God. In this short 7-week series, we’ll learn how to manage the 'poop'—the messiness of life—with grace, truth, and love. Using Matthew 18 and the guidance of God the Holy Spirit, we'll grab our shovels together and embrace the mess. Part of serving Jesus means being willing to get your hands dirty for the Kingdom, as it’s through these challenges we find real growth and fruitfulness. The good news for us is that Jesus didn’t avoid the mess; He stepped right into it. Join us, as we roll up our sleeves together to do some #PoopManagement #blessthismess #therestisyettocome FOLLOW US, AS WE FOLLOW JESUS: https://linktr.ee/restchurch.net
