Lights Out: Suffering Strong

Harvest Worship | Featuring Mark Sorensen | On a Sunday morning, the disciple John is living his days out in exile on the island of Patmos and goes into a cave to worship. I don’t think he’s prepared for what happens next: Jesus pays him a visit with an urgent request. Seven churches have lost their way, and Jesus wants John to send words of both encouragement and correction on behalf of the Lord to those seven churches. Let’s look at the words sent to those churches on behalf of Jesus in Revelation and ask the question, “Does this still apply to the church today?”
