Like Liquid Breath
from AFresh24 Hosted by Stephanie Mancini
Welcome back to AFresh24 Rx xoxo Radio! It Doesn't matter we are- it's the moment we connect to- that brings THE beat & new beginnings our way!! This is where we are receiving and transmitting that smokin' love signal from the Universal Heartbeat- ONELOVE, One Frequency, our natural state of being and using our own authentic voice to give it the mic! Your Love IS my LOVE. This is where the dancer and the dance become ONE! It's in this space of BEing we all BElong, right here, not there- not on some other station that is anything less than whole on one. And the more we are in awareness and appreciation of this natural state of being, the more it keeps giving! In Today's episode I invite us into the idea of BEING in our natural state of being LIKE the ocean and allowing energy to move through us -- using the ocean as a metaphor for liquid breathing. When there's nowhere and no one else...there's this moment, connected to the beat, to feel it, be it and release everything else that is resisting the direct connection. To live with an ability to love like we never thought was possible IS the greatest fertilizer to a life in alignment with our most authentic expression and it reminds us-- IT IS ON ITS' OWN WAY! So let's go to that higher place- our natural state of consciousness and show 'em how deep and fun our love with is with #Nervo & #CarlaMonroe because it's #gottabeyou "Said I told you that I love you and there ain't no more to say" SunnySideUP ALWAYS, DJ AFRESH24 IG: afresh24radio or afresh24vista [email protected]
