Like Tom Said, The Waiting is the Hardest Part

Happy Sunday to you all!Man, it’s been a weekend. I’ve had some good fortune come my way the past few days. It’s amazing seeing the hard work I’ve put into my writing and podcasting pay off. Then I heard the amazing song “The Waiting” by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers today. It made me think about the ups and downs we face in life.There are many. The goal I have for myself is not getting too high or too low on the rollercoaster of life. But when big things happen, we do have to come back down before going up again. Realizing this and accepting the ups and downs is important for me, as a writer and podcaster.We all should see the logic of this. I hope you’re all having some great ups today. And for those moving down, just realize that you’ll be back up soon. Especially if you’re working hard to right the ship.Thank you for lending me your ears today, as always.
