Lila & Ethan Wohlwend - 39 units by the age of 13

Eric and Lila Wohlwend started out sleeping on a mattress on a warehouse floor. They educated themselves in real estate and taught it to their kids, including them buying their first investment properties at the age of 7 with no money from their parents!
