She talks with David about her post-collegiate job on Wall Street doing investment banking and found her part time job of tending bar more lucrative in her early career. Liliana was in talks to start a fast casual health food restaurant when Hollywood came calling about the "Coyote Ugly" movie she inspired. "Passion is great, but it takes a lot of research and knowledge to make it successful."
