Lillian Grace - founder Figure Group & Huatau

Lillian describes her life as a curly path of adventures, with her most recent focused on founding Figure Group and Huatau. When Lillian and founder of Entrepreneurial Women with Purpose, Catherine van der Meulen first connected the conversation evolved into a learning experience to unpack the idea of periods of deep thinking to redesign, solve and challenge the way things have always been done.  Lillian feels that as a child she wasn’t aware that ‘thinking’ was a specific skill that could be honed and trained, but after working at a Think Tank, she was trained to think, to think strategically, ask good questions, created space for the thinking and then she applied the model to all parts of her life. Lillian encourages us all to stop looking through the same lens, explore the depths of our minds, re evaluate the idea of continuous learning and embrace the power of collective radical change.
