A pole queen and an absolute ray of sunshine! Lily joins me to talk about how after tearing both her ACLs she found herself in a pole dancing class at the ripe age of 14 and the many ways in which it has impacted her life since. From being a student, to now a teacher and performer, Lily has come along way and has made a positive impact on so many of her students. We talk about how pole has given her confidence in herself, the ever growing and welcoming community of pole and of course throw in some stories too!
