Limerick based farmer-owned brand launches innovative 'Made Without Nitrites

Truly Irish has launched what it says is Ireland's first Bord Bia-certified rashers made without nitrites, replacing them with fruit and spice extracts instead.The farmer-owned company says it's responding to growing consumer demand for simpler, more natural ingredients.
