O PSD e o CDS apresentaram esta quinta-feira um projecto de lei conjunto que visa alterar a Lei de Bases da Saúde para restringir o acesso ao Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS) a cidadãos estrangeiros não residentes em Portugal. Na proposta apresentada pelos dois partidos, os cidadãos estrangeiros não residentes em Portugal só poderão usufruir do SNS caso apresentem um "comprovativo de cobertura de cuidados de saúde" bem como documentação "considerada necessária pelo SNS para a sua adequada identificação e contacto".
