What matters is FAITH, WORKING through LOVE. - Galatians 5:6 (NTFE)…Only FAITH ACTIVATED and ENERGIZED and EXPRESSED and WORKING through LOVE. - Galatians 5:6b (AMPC)πίστις δι᾽ ἀγάπης ἐνεργουμένη - pistis di agapes energoumene4 “They are devoid of power that builds up and strengthens the church in the FAITH of God. 5 For we reach the goal of fulfilling all the commandments when we LOVE others deeply with a pure heart, a clean conscience, and sincere FAITH.” - 1 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭(TPT‬‬)HOW TO MAKE YOUR FAITH MORE EFFECTIVE:1. FAITH REQUIRES ACTION BY DOING WHAT GOD COMMANDS17 The same is true with faith. Without ACTIONS, FAITH is useless. By itself, it’s as good as dead. 18 I know what you’re thinking: “OK, you have FAITH. And I have ACTIONS. Now let’s see your FAITH without WORKS, and I’ll show you a FAITH that works.” - James (“Jacob”) 2:17-18 (VOICE)1 Now faith is being sure we will get what we hope for. It is being sure of what we cannot see. 2 God was pleased with the men who had faith who lived long ago. 3 Through faith we understand that the world was made by the Word of God. Things we see were made from what could not be seen. - Hebrews 11:1-3 (NLV)Now the purpose of the COMMANDMENT is LOVE from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere FAITH. - 1 Timothy 1:5 (NKJV)“If you LOVE Me, you will keep My COMMANDMENTS.” - John 14:15 (TLV)9 Just as the Father has LOVED me, so I have LOVED you. So abide in my LOVE. 10 If you keep my COMMANDMENTS, you’ll abide in my LOVE, just as I have kept my Father’s COMMANDMENTS and abide in his love. - John 15:9-10 (ISV)2. TEST YOURSELVES! You know, don’t you, that Jesus the Messiah lives in you?
