Linda's Corner - Healing the world from the inside out with Ann Hince

from Linda's Corner: Inspiration for a Better Life · host Linda Bjork/Ann Hince

When Ann Hince was 19, she woke one morning to find her mother dead face down in their bathroom.  Twenty years later the tears from that trauma were still just under the surface. It took one 15 minute session with a strange technique to remove the charge from that event and be able to tell the story with no emotion. That one session set Ann on a journey to not only release the trauma from past memories, but to get beyond that.  Ann's new goal is to heal the world from the inside out.  Ann has found that seeking out our truth, what we truly feel, and accepting those feelings, is the key to inner peace.  Once we change our inside, our outside changes as well.Ann is the author of “A Pathway to Insight.”  You can learn more about Ann and her work on her YouTube channel.Visit the Linda's Corner website at lindascornerpodcast.com and follow on youtube, facebook, instagram, and pinterest @lindascornerpodcastListen, Share, and SupportIf this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who may need hope today.Be sure to subscribe, leave a rating and review, and help us spread more healing and inspiration to the world.Free Resource for HealingIf you're ready to release stress, calm your mind, and begin healing from within, visit:🌿 https://hopeforhealingfoundation.orgDiscover free resources to help you build confidence, improve relationships, and find peace as you become the champion of your own story.
