I can’t wait to try @linds_e_88 favorite Happily Ever After because Soap was 🔥🔥🔥 About Lindsay in her own words - Born and raised in Michigan, cannabis has played a significant role in my life since my teenage years. Battling through academic challenges, I found solace in cannabis to navigate the stress and pressures of school. Unfortunately, this led to me being labeled a "burnout" by my teachers, who doubted my potential for success. After graduation, I encountered a toxic relationship where I was constantly belittled and told I would never achieve anything beyond bartending.  While there's dignity in any profession, those words, coupled with the lack of support in my youth, ignited a desire to prove them wrong. Embarking on a management journey within the restaurant industry, the legalization of recreational cannabis presented an opportunity to lead in an industry close to my heart. Taking a leap of faith, I applied for a position at a dispensary in Ypsilanti, MI, starting as a receptionist.  Through sheer determination and hard work, I ascended the ranks from budtender to floor manager, eventually becoming the General Manager within a year. I dedicated over two years to steering that store towards success.  Over a year ago, I embarked on a new chapter with butter, a vertically integrated cannabis company committed to crafting premium products and delivering exceptional customer service. I was promoted to Retail Director, and I've been able to marry the best of all my worlds together. Now, I'm not only a leader myself but also have the opportunity to help build and mold new female leaders, fostering growth and excellence within the industry.
