There are 15.4m Aussies on Linked In and 97% of HR and recruit professionals use Linked In to recruit, with over 14 million open jobs on Linked In at any one time.   It’s Jac & Ral’s favourite social media platform for so many reasons, yet a lot of people don’t know how to use it for impact. In this episode we talk about what we have learned (what to do and what not to do!) and we share tips on how to get started on Linkedin and what you can do to use it for a successful outcome.   Only 16.2% of the entire network use Linkedin daily… so if you want to stand out, add followers and amplify your brand, then post daily. There’s our first tip!   And remember, your employer does not own your Linked In profile. You do.
