from The Radio National Hour · host Australian Broadcasting Corporation

In an act of incredible courage, five members of Iran’s women’s football team made a break for freedom last night, and were granted asylum in Australia. Now as the rest of the team begins their journey home, the immigration agent who helped them to make this life changing decision, Nagmeh Danai, shares her story.  Australia has answered a call for help, deploying wedgetail aircraft and missile systems to the middle east. The US President Donald Trump insists the war with Iran will be over ‘pretty quickly’, But only once the US has, in his words, ‘won enough'. so what does winning enough look like and at what cost to weary allies? It's International Day for Women Judges.
