LIP 002: Lessons I've Learned

I’ve heard so many opinions about my energy, it’s actually quite ridiculous. Too happy! Fake! Too much energy!  Well, If you are feeling stuck, or even feeling overly sensitive, you just might be encouraged to hear in this episode about the lessons I learned; because if you're anything like me, you will realize that life is about living in the moment and asking yourself "Who do I need to become to get where I want to go?"  Feelings are a gift.
