Liquor Licenses, HOA reform, and AirBNB in Idaho - Margaret Carmel

Margaret Carmel is a journalist for Boise Dev and has been following the bills at the state level throughout the 2024 session. We met to discuss the changes to state liquor licenses, which affect both resort towns like McCall and local areas like the Star Merc, HOA rules regulating the actual homeowner representation while the community is being developed, and AirBNB regulation reform.
