Lisa works with individuals and groups to support their leadership learning and development through her writing, speaking, and coaching. An advocate for women’s advancement, she has spoken at international events and was a Fulbright Specialist Scholar at a women’s university in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As a professor at West Virginia University (WVU), Lisa has taught courses and conducted research on various facets of leadership, specifically women and leadership. Previously she served as the Executive Director of the West Virginia PROMISE Scholarship and worked as assistant to West Virginia Governor Bob Wise.
