And when we give our attention away to screens and noise, we lose the capacity to hear the one voice that matters most. But when we learn to listen to God — really listen — something remarkable happens: we begin to hunger to listen to the people around us. And that hunger is what makes gospel conversations possible. Connor draws from Matthew 17, John 10:27, James 1:19-25, and Jeremiah 7 to show us the posture of a genuine listener, the blessing that comes from obedient hearing, and the cost of a generation that refuses to listen to God’s voice.
